The Customer Service Representative fosters strong customer relationships to ensure complete satisfaction. Serving as the main point of contact, they manage both pre- and post-sales activities, liaising between customers and internal teams. This is a remote position based in Spain, with occasional (once per month) on-site meetings at our Madrid office. The role reports to the Region Supervisor
Your main tasks:
- Process customer orders, schedules, changes, and returns in compliance with our TE local policies and approval processes.
- Provide timely and accurate order status updates, product information, and quotes using TE systems.
- Manage customer backlogs, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to address challenges.
- Resolve customer issues, improve satisfaction, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Review key customer documents, ensuring compliance and escalating legal or quality concerns when necessary.
- Strengthen relationships through effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support financial targets by assisting with credit holds and invoice queries.
- Work towards departmental goals, ensuring adherence to audit, legal, and export requirements.
Your ideal background:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field is a strong plus
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory
- Customer service experience is essential, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented and process improvement mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, engaging effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
