Provides quality management activities within manufacturing, focusing on in-process controls, defect prevention, and advanced inspection practices.
Job Requirements
- Maintain and develop the Quality Management according to IATF 16949.
- Execute key quality strategies consistent with plant performance and measures
- Implement, maintain (including reporting changes) and improve Business Operating System in his/her area of intervention, as well as in interaction with other areas / departments and EMEA guidelines
- Be in line with TE strategy map (e.g. extraordinary customer service) and Quality Policy
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and legal regulations
- Support and guide employees to enable them to work safely, comply with regulations, TE policies and specifications and on achieving environmental sustainability goals
- Ensure the PPAP inputs availability by the cross-functional team.
- Prepare the required PPAP packages.
- Ensure the PPAP submissions through Digi App if applicable or directly to customers when required.)
- Support quality assurance, quality system, laboratory process and product activities (if required)
What your background should look like
Education
Bac+2/+3 in Quality Management or equivalent.
Experience
- 2+ years in a Quality role
- Automotive industry background required
- Injection molding and assembly process knowledge is a plus

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard and statistical tools
- Proficient in MS Office
