Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.
Role responsibilities:
• Oversee all warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and service level expectations.
• Supervise and mentor teamleads, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), initiating corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Manage warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee fleet and equipment maintenance programs, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Manage warehouse planning for peak periods, special projects, and process changes.
• Manage warehouse budget, including labor, equipment, and consumables, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Spearhead the use of technology and systems (e.g., SAP, WMS) to enhance visibility, reporting, and decision-making.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and development programs to build a high-performing team.
What your background should look like:
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse or logistics management, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in KPI management and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, and inventory control practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
• Experience in budget management and operational planning.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license; forklift certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $79,200 - $118,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
