Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.
Tasks Summary & Responsibilities
  • Management of the Product Strategy for coaxial cable assemblies (Data Connectivity)
  • Portfolio Management / Budget
  • Market analysis like target market and competitor analysis
  • Responsible for the profitability of the product line
  • Management of the product lifecycle and continuous control of the Portfolio
  • Support MARCOM activities like Articles, Flyers, Fairs, Tech Days…
  • Product Responsible from the Marketing side during the whole product life cycle
  • Support of the Sales Department regarding pricing strategy and offers
  • Interface to the S&OP team for forecasts and capacity studies
What your background should look like:
  • Commercial or technical background, ideally a joint degree of engineering and business administration (industrial/ commercial engineer)
  • More than 2 years of experience in various Business Administration and Sales assignments
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of the specific requirements for cable assemblies in Data Connectivity
  • Knowledge about cable assembly processes
  • Knowledge about the component portfolio of TE and competitors
  • Basic SAP knowledge
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken
  • German skills recommended
  • Availability to travel in EMEA
