Job Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a permanent ‘Customer Service Associate’ within the AD&M team based in Italy. The purpose of this role is to interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary interface on a day-to-day basis with direct account responsibility for accounts in Italy 
  • Carry out contract review on orders/schedules and process in SAP system
  • Direct collaboration on specific customer portals
  • Progress / expedite orders as requested 
  • Process customer returns
  • Investigate credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary
  • Have regular reviews with your account base to discuss OTD, backlog, general support issues
  • Review, action and issue all relevant order related reports
  • Answer technical queries from customer as required using intranet technical reference and be able to offer alternatives using the available recourses. 
  • Use Excel extensively to create and update pricing spreadsheets 
  • Proactively Perform Quote follow up 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Experience in a comparable industrial Customer Service environment (B2B)
  • Bachelor in Business Administration or similar education
  • Excellent Italian and English Language Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience on SAP, E-commerce
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to communicate with customers and people at all levels of the organization.
  • Have an organized / methodical way of working, accurate with an eye for detail
  • The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Excellent Excel and Word skills
  • Ideally have a sound product knowledge of harness components
