This position is in primary support of New Product Development for all North America TE Aerospace and Defense locations. Candidate will perform Financial Analysis to support decision making for New Products to include Make vs Buy Analysis, Capital Equipment Justification, Cost Modeling, New Product P&L Development and Analysis. Position will also require Process Development planning, as well as Bill of Material and Process Routing creation in SAP.
Day-to-Day Job Overview
- Support Financial Analysis for New Product Development Projects
- Complete Capital Equipment Justifications
- Develop and enter Process Routings and Bill of Materials in SAP for new NPD part numbers.
- Perform time studies, develop Value Stream Map and Takt Times.
- Support Master Data Accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely analysis to Core Team of various manufacturing scenarios, Program Health, Equipment Justification and Value Streams.
- Loading SAP Master Data for new part numbers.
Team Composition/Specific Group Info
- Position will be part of the Center Lead Engineering Team supporting all AD&M facilities within North America. Focus will be primarily on supporting New Product Develop. Other support may be required for Master Data Accuracy.
- Candidate will work closely with cross functional team in support of New Product Launches.

What your background should look like:
- Have received a BA/BS Degree in, Industrial Engineering from an accredited college or university or have equivalent work history.
- 8-10 years of experience in Financial Analysis for New Product Development is preferred.
- Experience in processing Routings and Bill of Materials
- Experience Complete Capital Equipment Justifications
- Candidate should be fluent in Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs as well as SAP.
- This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.
Nice to have :
- Knowledge of small electronics manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of core processes like Stamping, Plating, Molding & Assembly

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $101,000 - $151,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
