Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Supply Chain Analyst II to support our global supply chain organization. This role combines supply chain planning, SAP systems expertise, master data management, analytics, and continuous improvement to help optimize planning processes and operational performance. 

The ideal candidate is an advanced SAP ECC user with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional Excel capabilities, and experience working with business intelligence and reporting tools. The role also provides opportunities to develop expertise in Lean, TEOA, and Kaizen methodologies and contribute to broader supply chain improvement initiatives. 

Required Qualifications 

• Strong experience using SAP ECC within a supply chain planning, materials management, or manufacturing environment. 
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex operational and supply chain data. 
• Experience working with planning master data and supply chain processes. 
• Ability to investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop practical corrective actions. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and support business users. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with limited supervision. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects reporting and analytics. 
• Experience developing dashboards and analytical solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau. 
• Knowledge of inventory optimization, MRP, planning master data, material requirements planning, and supply chain performance metrics. 
• Experience with supply chain planning parameters such as lot sizing, lead times, planning time fences, scheduling parameters, and availability checks. 
• Experience supporting Lean, Continuous Improvement, TEOA, Kaizen, or similar operational excellence initiatives. 
• Experience developing standardized processes, work instructions, training materials, or reporting governance. 
• Experience working with global or geographically dispersed teams. 

Education 

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

• Support the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of planning master data across the global supply chain organization. 
• Identify, investigate, and resolve master data and system issues that impact planning performance. 
• Support SAP ECC planning processes and provide functional expertise to planners and business users. 
• Analyze planning and inventory performance and provide recommendations related to lot sizing, planning behaviors, material lead times, and inventory optimization. 
• Provide analytical and troubleshooting support for inventory management and supply planning initiatives. 
• Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions for planning, inventory, and operational performance issues. 
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership and the Analytics Spoke Team to identify opportunities for reporting automation, analytics enhancement, and process improvement. 
• Translate business requirements into practical analytical and reporting solutions. 
• Develop, document, and standardize supply chain processes and provide training, coaching, and mentoring to planners and business users. 
• Support TEOA Supply Chain initiatives through project coordination, KPI tracking, scorecard maintenance, and data analysis. 
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning effectiveness, data quality, inventory optimization, and operational performance. 
• Progressively develop the skills necessary to facilitate Kaizen and other continuous improvement events across the organization. 
• Effectively manage multiple priorities while working with stakeholders across a global organization.

• You are a data-driven supply chain professional who enjoys solving complex problems and finding opportunities to improve how processes, systems, and data work together. You are comfortable working in SAP and Excel, can analyze large or complex datasets, and are able to translate analytical findings into practical business solutions. You should have experience working in a supply chain planning, materials management, inventory, or related environment and understand how planning master data and system parameters influence supply chain performance.
• You are also comfortable working across functional teams. You can investigate an issue, identify the root cause, communicate your findings clearly, and work with others to implement a sustainable solution. You enjoy improving processes—not simply maintaining them—and are willing to learn new technologies, analytical tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.
