Job Overview

The Sr Analyst Enterprise Systems serves as a subject matter expert supporting global Supply Chain, ERP systems, delivery performance, master data, and business analytics. This role is responsible for analyzing and managing delivery scorecard performance, investigating deviations and exemptions, maintaining critical ERP master data and configuration, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and business processes.


Core Responsibilities


•    Serve as the subject matter expert for delivery scorecard analysis, including performance deviations, exemptions, projections, and related investigations.
•    Partner with the Enterprise Scorecard Quality team to support delivery scorecard accuracy, data quality, and issue resolution. 
•    Represent CLS in Business Unit scorecard meetings and provide insight into delivery performance, trends, and areas requiring action.
•    Archive and maintain historical scorecard data to support trend analysis, audits, research, and investigation of historical performance.
•    Research delivery performance issues and identify system, master data, process, or operational drivers impacting scorecard results.
•    Monitor FDQ table settings for CLS profit centers, ensuring appropriate configuration and alignment with business requirements.
•    Maintain and manage Sales Organization master data, including customer-facing parameters such as blocks, MOQ, MDQ, & DU settings.
•    Evaluate the business impact of master data and system changes and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation.
•    Partner with TEIS as needed for technical table reviews, data extractions, system research, and evaluation of ERP configuration and downstream impacts to the Business Unit.
•    Review open delivery reports to identify data, process, and execution issues requiring follow-up.
•    Audit aged open deliveries and partner with plants to investigate root causes and determine appropriate corrective actions.
•    Analyze delivery creation timing, including both manually created and batch-created deliveries, to identify potential process or system issues.
•    Provide analytical and ERP support to Global Planning, Customer Care, and Channel organizations.
•    Support ad hoc research, data analysis, issue resolution, ticket processes, and process investigations.
•    Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions to functional teams on relevant ERP processes, master data, reporting, and system functionality.
•    Serve as a liaison between business functions and technical teams to ensure business requirements and system impacts are clearly understood.
•    Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and visibility across the global Supply Chain organization.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $101,200-126,400-151,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
