Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives. 


TE Connectivity’s Sales Operations team sits at the intersection between Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Care, and Operations. This role will report to the Global Sales Operations leader and provide critical support by leveraging the analytic skills of the individual in support of sales initiatives – with both Global and regional responsibilities. The role will interface with all levels of sales and product teams and lead both efficiency and growth initiatives. A key element of success for this role will be the ability to leverage structured thinking, take disparate data points and reports, analyze them for commonality, cause & effect, and key business indicators, while succinctly presenting them to the organization for the purpose of influencing behaviors and business decisions. In addition, critical thinking and continuously challenging existing practices to drive impactful business results are expected. Lastly, confidence in driving projects and leading initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment will be another requirement for success. 


Responsibilities & Qualifications Representative Initiatives Include:
• Process / Operational Efficiency (definition, governance, improvement, leading Sales Incentive Planning /Compensation, TEOA / Continuous Improvement, or other processes for the Function)
• Sales Enablement (CRM, sales /marketing tools, field reporting/dashboards, training)
• Project Management (execution, delivery, documentation, follow up)

What your background should look like:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year accredited university in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or other related discipline required.

• Master’s Degree / MBA in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or other related discipline desired.

• Motivated individual able to learn quickly and work in a self-directed work environment with minimal supervision.

• Strong background in analysis, modeling, and visualization (Excel, VBA, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, etc.)

• Experience with project leadership / management and execution of multiple projects simultaneously, including structuring teams, identifying, and achieving key milestones, and driving alignment / change across key stakeholder groups.

• Clear communicator who can summarize, write, speak and present confidently to a diverse audience, including senior management – operating as an internal consultant and thought partner.
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment with regional and global team members. Competencies

• Solid understanding of and the ability to identify the key levers that create commercial business value (i.e. Sales and Marketing)

•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $69,400.00 – $104,200.00 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
•    A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and voluntary benefits.
