Job Overview
Agreement Pricing Analyst (Data and Device)
Role Statement:
The Agreement Pricing Analyst is responsible for conducting agreement pricing analysis, evaluating agreement-related price requests, running the DOA process, tracking contract performance, and supporting management. The analyst utilizes all TE pricing systems and resources to ensure the overall profitability of direct billing clients.
Key Tasks/ Roles :
- Assist Agreement Pricing Manager with business and market analytics for direct customer bids / RFQs by performing strategic pricing analysis and overall profitability analysis of the business opportunity
- Support new program negotiations and collaborate with customer-focus teams to align strategies
- Perform Pre-Bid analysis and consolidate data for the evaluation of RFQs and proposals
- Report via scorecard and tracking software, comply with agreement volume requirements and track overall agreement performance in the business unit.
- Ensure proper commercial documentation of all performance “backend” programs and incentives on agreements, along with their terms and conditions (e.g., volume rebates, scale programs, price guarantees).
- Assist in conducting monthly and quarterly performance reviews for agreement portfolio with Sales and Product Management Teams.

- Pricing team KPI
- On-time delivery and quality of reports and tasks
- Improvement and or reduction of customer portfolio price and margin variation
- 100% of Agreements Renewed on Time
- Reduction and elimination of redundant agreements and contracts (consolidation)

- Excellent analytical skills and capability
- Exceptional organization skills and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of systems and Excel skills. Heavy user of pivot tables and other spreadsheet applications
- Flexibility to assume workloads that necessitate adjustment of priorities
- Strong organizational skills for managing and coordinating a variety of tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Solid business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English to work with global teams

Key Qualifications, Experiences, and Knowledge:
Required:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering
- 1-3 Years of applicable pricing/commercial analysis experience
- Understanding of complex bid/RFQ processes
- Self-motivated and effectively manages one’s time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Able to work with global cross-functional team efforts focused on process implementation & execution
- Strong PC abilities; expert Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of database and spreadsheet applications are required.
- Green Belt Certification is a plus
- Experience with SAP and Advanced Pricing Software is also a plus
Competencies
COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $62,900 - $94,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
