TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.


TE Connectivity (TE) is seeking a Sales Enablement Programs Manager to develop and drive the strategy and implementation of global programs. This role works closely with internal and external Channel Sales, Business Units, and marketing teams to drive incremental opportunity identification, conversion, and share-gain. This role has high exposure and visibility among all TE businesses and offers broad opportunities for professional growth and development.

Programs Manager will bridge the technical and business worlds as you partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive the creation of a business systems strategy and conceive, design, prioritize, and deliver key process and information systems solutions that enable the business to meet its ambitious goals. You will provide cross-functional leadership to chart strategic direction in sync with overall company roadmaps, while delivering flexible sales-focused capabilities that meet near-term business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong systems solution and project/portfolio management experience. The right candidate will have a track-record of leading strategic initiatives, ability to navigate strategic and tactical challenges, work in ambiguity, strong sales and general business acumen, and capacity to lead several key initiatives in parallel, working with large, extended and cross functional teams.

Organizational alignment/reporting line:

The position is based in Harrisburg, USA, and reports to Senior Manager – Programs, who’s based in India 

Key Tasks:   

•    Defining business requirements and shepherding projects through implementation as well as QA, portfolio/program management, process documentation, production support and sustaining operations
•    Become a trusted partner and advisor for business leaders and other support teams, and ensure team members effectively represent business owners in all capability development initiatives
•    Build and manage relationships with leaders throughout the organization
•    Create cross-functional teams optimized for successful execution
•    Defines, documents, and standardizes business processes 
•    Establish and manage master data processes to maintain integrity
•    Ensure effective risk management strategy
•    Drive Operational Excellence through disciplined execution. 
•    Lead large complex projects cross-functional and cross-regional.
•    Monitor day to day activities to ensure team members fulfil their responsibilities
•    Understand and enforce company policies, procedures and changes; remove obstacles when necessary
•    Recommend new and revised procedures and/or practices relating to area of responsibility and drive implementation as necessary

Required Qualifications, Experiences and Knowledge:

•    5+ years’ experience working in Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement or similar roles including leading system-enabled transformation across sales functions in physical products companies
•    Demonstrated experience in working effectively and directly with all levels of the organization
•    Industry specific experience is a plus
•    Experience of managing a multi-tiered team in distributed locations/time zones
•    Experience working with and implementing Enterprise level Sales and Marketing solutions
•    Experience working in a data-driven decision-making environment, leveraging industry standard KPIs to measure and improve performance
•    Experience in implementing and using industry leading sales operations tools
•    Six Sigma Green Belt or more is a plus
•    Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree - Any
•    Exceptionally fluent in English (both written and oral) with ability to work in global setting
•    Flexibility to travel when required

•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
