Job Overview

An IT Operations Analyst I, primarily focuses on providing technical support to users and troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, and networks. They may also conduct research, analysis, and testing related to IT projects. 
1) Technical Support: 
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems. 
 
2) User Assistance: 
Providing guidance and support to users on IT systems and Standard applications. 
 
3) System Maintenance: 
Assisting the network/server team ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases. 
 
4) Troubleshooting: 
Assisting, in identifying and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network. 
 
5) Installation and Configuration: 
Installing and configuring hardware and software components. 
 
6) Documentation: 
Documenting IT procedures and troubleshooting steps. 
 
7) Project Support: 
Assisting with IT projects, including research, analysis, and testing. 
 
8) Training: 
Providing training to users on new IT systems and Standard applications. 
 
9) Staying Up to Date: 
Keeping abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies.
 
10) Compliance and Security
Comply and understand the standard TEIS Policy (TEC-06-88 Global Information Technology Policy)
 
11) Asset management
Maintain IT asset inventory

Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network systems.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 
4) Customer Service:

8) Languages (Latin America): 
Fluent in written English, intermediate in oral 
 
Education: 
Associates degree in Computer Technology 
 
Experience:
1-2 years of work experience in IT related field

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $65,500-81,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
