As a member of the Data & Devices Marketing team, the Analyst Digital Marketing is focused on digital marketing and communications tools and platforms. This position reports to the Global Manager Digital Marketing, D&D and is responsible for community management on TE social channels, social media strategy, center-level social campaigns and/or social platforms. This role will develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns, as well as digital properties to deliver a superior user experience, driving revenue potential and brand relevance. Curate and create content that helps build TE’s social media channels.

A Day in the Life
•    Develop and execute all digital aspects of marketing programs leveraging search, social media, email campaigns and digital media
•    Pull and leverage data and analytics to report out on effectiveness of marketing efforts across all platforms and integration with Sales (direct and channel)
•    Manage digital campaigns to align with the efforts of integrated marketing campaigns and strategies
•    Manage and maintain the best user experience on TE.com for business unit
•    Design and maintain relevant portions of TE.com, external data activities and potential partner sites
•    Publish, monitor and moderate TE’s social presence.
•    Manage TE’s social media authoring/monitoring platform
•    Work with D&D marketing teams to leverage digital platform to promote offering and application contents  
•    Work with the agency to analyze monthly and quarterly measurement report

What your background should look like:
•    Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing or related field
•    3-5 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing
•    Global experience preferred
•    Previous experience in multiple aspects of web or digital marketing, including following trends and industry players
•    Experience with SEO, SEM, CRM, various tools and content management suites (i.e. Adobe), and sales and marketing automation systems (Eloqua, SalesForce.com)
•    Deep background in digital development techniques and affinity towards new media / technologies
•    Proactive, fast learner, problem solver, comfortable working in a fast-paced international work environment.
•    Excellent interpersonal, organization and project management skills. Must be able to juggle multiple projects within stringent timelines.

•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
