TE’s Corporate Internal Communications team is seeking an experienced and highly creative digital communications professional to support world-class employee communications. Candidates should be quick learners, passionate about video production, fluent in graphic design, and familiar with the best practices of employee engagement.

In this role, you’ll work with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality content, oversee the optimization of TE’s internal communications platforms, manage enterprise-wide employee programs and bring forward new ideas on how to connect with our diverse and global workforce. We are looking for an ambitious self-starter, who is a strong communicator, has a passion for creative storytelling, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers flexibility for remote work, but proximity to the greater Harrisburg or Philadelphia area is preferred as regular on-site presence is required at either our Middletown, Pennsylvania or Wayne, Pennsylvania offices.

Responsibilities
•    Review, edit and publish internal content across TE’s communication channels, including intranet, mobile app, digital signage, email, town halls, and more
•    Manage TE’s internal communications platforms and establish templates and best practices for other stakeholders to increase employee engagement
•    Manage the creative vision and strategy of video content and create engaging videos for employees
•    Lead visual storytelling for employee career journeys and leadership profile campaigns
•    Build relationships across the organization and serve as a strategic communications advisor to business and function partners 
•    Analyze performance metrics to inform future content strategies
•    Stay current on industry trends and media content strategies to help keep content innovative and engaging

Qualifications 

•    Minimum of 2-5+ years of professional experience working in communications, marketing, or a related field
•    Strong skills in multimedia content creation, including video editing and graphic design
•    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop 
•    Excellent verbal & written communication skills with high attention to detail
•    Strong creative eye for visual storytelling, composition, and pacing
•    A natural ability to collaborate well with others and coordinate projects with colleagues across the globe in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
•    An effective problem solver who has experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
•    Demonstrated ability to leverage large language models for human-in-the-loop content creation and brainstorming
•    Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Film, Media, or related field
