Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

Job Overview

The Administration Support position will be located in PA with working hours of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  This candidate will be responsible for handling the incoming calls for the facility call center, entering key data in our facility management software, generating reports for our internal team as well as other internal employees.  This is one of three team members working together in a Call Center environment. 

Responsibilities:

Specific duties for the Administrative Support include:
•    Receiving and transferring incoming calls
•    Receiving and processing internal employee facility requests
•    Assisting with meeting minutes for various monthly / weekly meetings
•    Entering monthly environmental metrics data in web application
•    Data entry into Facilities Maximo system
•    Providing analytical support to Managers as needed
•    Maintenance Administrative support, as needed
•    Utility bill processing
•    Other tasks as needed
