Job Overview
Role Definition
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to implement product strategies, meet sales targets, and deliver high-quality products aligned with the business objectives.
Responsibilities
Analyzing the customer requirements and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in developing new products or new features for existing products.
Monitoring the portfolio growth, planning growth initiatives, and approving product enhancements.
Coordinating with the leadership team in driving the execution of plans and product strategies in assigned regions.
Driving growth by developing relationships with distributors, customers, and the supply chain, and defining the market lead time requirements within a specified portfolio.
Supply the forecast demand for its current assignment in alignment with the Sales and demand management team, and/or consolidate the Demand Forecast for the team. Participate in the Product, Demand, and Supply review processes.
Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

What your background should look like:
Experience required
- 10+ years or above of product management or sales/field application experience - Generally requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field with 10 or more years of experience; or a Master's degree with 10 or more years of experience; or a PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or a local equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or technical roles in home appliances
- 5+ years or above of managing direct reports experience
- Strong relevant products (connector) or industry experience desired
- Strong commercial and technical skills background
- Highly engaged team members, with the capabilities of dealing with challenges
- A bachelor's degree or above in electronics background is preferred
- MBA is a plus

Competencies
COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $143,900 - $179,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
