Job Overview

Plant planning manager will locate in each plant, report to the planning Mgr of supply Chain department, will charge of plant planning team management, make sure to achieve the planning’s KPI and Build strong plant planning team 

Job Requirements

    Production Control and Risk management
(i)Monitor the output status and advise improvement in order to ensure full equipment utilization and meeting the customer requirements.
(ii) STR and Past due order analysis and drive STR improvement&past due reduce
(iii) Review inventory control on weekly basis and monitor slow moving dead stock disposition in order to meet inventory control target.
(IV) Identify risk of delivery, make sure fullfill customer demand      

    People Management and Development
Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate subordinates; and resolve people issues in the team in order to achieve targeted team performance
    Policies and Procedures
Design new/updated production planning team's procedures for manager's approval in order to assist in providing working guidelines and directions for department employees and ensure department employees fully comply with corporate police

Education
Bachelor and above 

Experience
1.Above 8years planning experience and above 3years planning 
management experience 
2. Have Stamping/Plating PP working experience as priority 

Technical Skill & Competencies
Customer’s demand management capability 
Good inventory balance capability (Control&supply )
Good Risk management sense 
Good communication and English 

Competencies
