Job Overview
Manages the day-to-day business office-related tasks for the organization to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
Serves as a strategic partner to the BU Leader, helping drive execution of business priorities, special projects, operational reviews, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives. This role is designed as a high-potential development assignment that provides broad business exposure, executive visibility, and leadership experience through direct partnership with the BU Leader.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and execution of BU strategic priorities and annual objectives.
- Monitor progress against key business initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on action plans.
- Prepare executive-level analyses, presentations, and business reviews.
Program & Project Management
- Coordinate and track critical cross-functional projects.
- Drive project governance, risk identification, and issue resolution.
- Ensure alignment and accountability across stakeholders.
Leadership Team Support
- Coordinate leadership team meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
- Track decisions, action items, and follow-up commitments.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among leadership team members.
Executive Communications
- Develop executive presentations, briefings, and communications.
- Support internal communications related to business priorities and organizational initiatives.
- Act as a liaison across functions to ensure effective information flow.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive operational excellence and business process improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and execution discipline.
Job Criteria:
A high-potential leader with strong business acumen, project management capability, executive communication skills, and the ability to partner directly with the BU leader to drive strategic priorities and organizational execution.

- Experience in operations, engineering, supply chain, finance, commercial, or related business functions.

What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
