Job Overview

Design, implement, and maintain communication architectures that connect industrial hardware (PLCs, sensors) with IT systems (databases, dashboards), enabling optimized, data‑driven decision making.
General Purpose of the Role:
This position supports the digital transformation of the manufacturing floor by extracting machine data, processing it through backend architectures, and enabling visualization through dashboards while ensuring stable IoT integrations.

What your background should look like

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation & Control, or a related field — Required
Specialization in Industrial Maintenance — Preferred
Experience designing dashboards
Experience with databases and SQL
Experience in IoT projects and data integration
Experience working with PLCs and industrial hardware
Technical Knowledge
OPC UA
Profinet
MQTT
HTTP / REST APIs
Python (automation and integration scripts)
Node‑RED (data flow and logic)
SQL databases
API management
PLC configuration/programming (Siemens, Rockwell, GE)
Industrial IoT devices: gateways, ESP32, Raspberry Pi
Smart sensors and industrial communication networks
Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Control logic programming
Industrial network diagnostics
Maintenance KPIs: OEE, MTTR, MTBF
Personnel management
Knowledge of STPS labor regulations

Primary Responsibilities
Extract real‑time data from machines and production processes.
Develop backend logic to process, filter, and transmit data from the plant to server systems.
Design dashboards for monitoring KPIs (OEE, energy consumption, temperature, etc.).
Maintain IoT devices and ensure stable network connectivity.
Guarantee basic cybersecurity within the IoT ecosystem.
Occasional Activities
Prepare purchase requisitions for spare parts.
Perform machinery modifications.
Diagnose and resolve equipment failures.
