Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and maintain electrical test programs for production and NPI products.
- Interpret electrical drawings and schematics to create test circuits and testing programs.
- Determine and specify components required for electrical test fixtures, including pins, connectors, and cables.
- Design, build, and maintain electrical test boards, holders, and routing systems.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot electrical testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable performance.
- Support production by diagnosing and resolving test equipment and process issues.
- Release and validate electrical test systems in collaboration with Quality and Manufacturing teams.
- Implement engineering changes and update existing electrical testing programs as required.
- Participate in new harness reviews and NPI activities requiring electrical testing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and EHS standards.
- Support continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and workplace safety.
- Participate in quality, engineering, and operational review meetings as needed.
