Job Description: 

Job Overview

Participates in each phase of the manufacturing process and follows appropriate guidelines and standards in corresponding functions, according to regulations.

Job Requirements

El técnico taper deberá mantener los equipos con parámetros del proceso (velocidad lineal, ajustes de tensión, temperatura de horno  etc) dentro de especificación y/o realizar ajustes para garantizar la fabricación de productos con calidad TE. Seguirá procedimientos e instrucciones documentadas por el ingeniero de manufactura. Uso adecuado de materiales para mantener el control de inventario y los recuentos de ciclos. Siempre debe tener un área de trabajo segura y limpia. Deberá comunicar todos los problemas de calidad y/o proceso al Ingeniero de manufactura y departamentos de soporte. Encontrar áreas de oportunidad para mejora Continua.

 

 

What your background should look like

  • Carreta técnica, Licenciatura trunca.
  • Saber leer diagramas eléctricos, neumáticos y mecánicos.
  • Reparaciones y diagnóstico a maquinas complejas de control eléctrico y mecánico.
  • Experiencia laborando con máquinas complejas de fabricación (indispensable)
  • Conocimiento de parámetros S (interpretación de análisis a pruebas de integridad de señal).
