Responsible for data analysis, developing internal line movements, implementing improvements based on local ideas from the area, reducing scrap, and improving production processes, in order to increase productivity levels in the different assigned areas, contributing to the achievement of the plant's established goals and ensuring the proper use of resources in your area by practicing the safety and quality standards established under Industrial Hermosillo standards.

What your background should look like

Manufacturing, industrial, or related engineering and/or equivalent experience.

2 years of experience in:

• Product transfers
• Layout interpretation
• Line balancing
• Communication with other departments

•    Intermediate Microsoft Office    1.    English (conversational)
•    Intermediate SAP    2.    Problem-solving tools
•    Intermediate AUTOCAD    3.    Lean manufacturing tools
•    Intermediate SOLIDWORKS    4.    Six Sigma (green belt/yellow)

1.    Analyze bottleneck constraints
