Job Overview

Sets up and operates machines and tools to perform various manufacturing operations and maintains them to adhere to quality standards.

Job Requirements

Setting up and operating machines and tools to start the production or manufacturing operations; monitoring and adjusting machine settings as per the work requirement.
Reviewing the departmental operating procedures, identifying areas of improvement, removing obstacles, and streamlining operational efficiency.
Performing quality checks as per the plan, documenting the results per the standard quality procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Ordering raw materials, changing stock when needed, verifying receipts, and inspecting materials and products to ensure conformance to specifications.

What your background should look like

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Completed ESD training per OP 1707, solder certification per OP 1701 preferred.
1 year of related manufacturing Soldering experience.
Knowledge in Reading Blueprint and Wire schematics.
Work experience using measuring tools, hand tools and power tools.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $40,996 – $43,472 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
