Job Overview

Performs basic activities to assist in the safe operation and repair of assigned high-speed large-scale automated assembly machines.

Job Requirements

  • Overseeing inventory control for floor stock including the organizing and sorting of incoming and overstock materials.
  • Operating and monitoring automated technologies used in the assembly process.
  • Assisting engineers and team members with the building and testing of prototypes and assembly-related issues; building and testing instruments.
  • Adhering to all environmental, health/safety rules and regulations and work related instructions; recording data in compliance with tracking requirements.

What your background should look like

 Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience in soldering.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics accurately.
  • ESD training completed per OP 1707; solder certification per OP 1701 is preferred.
  • Proficient in the safe and correct use of measuring instruments, hand tools, and power tools.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $42,000  – $44,824 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
