MAINTENANCE MECHANIC IV

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.  This is a fourth shift position (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) from 6 am. to 6 pm. 


•    Support and monitoring of devices and systems as well as system controls, including problem detection and resolution
•    Solving complex malfunctions in the system control and electronics
•    Planning/execution of maintenance measures for special and injection molding machines
•    Planning/implementation of optimization and conversion measures
•    Creation and implementation of maintenance and inspection plans 
•    Independent implementation of repair and maintenance work
•    Creation of smaller special devices without specifications

What your background should look like:


•    Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician or comparable qualification
•    Several years of work experience desirable
•    Independent and quality-oriented way of working
•    Excellent communication and team skills

ITAR

This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).   Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.
