SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST I
Job Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in managing, analyzing, and enhancing sales data, including revenue, sales forecasts, and bookings. This role also involves coordinating and driving projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Additionally, the candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our continuous improvement initiatives, known as TEOA. The ideal candidate will have a blend of skills in sales operations and entry-level project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and report on sales data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance.
- Coordinate and drive projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales, demand management, business strategy, and other departments.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for continuous improvement initiatives (TEOA).
- Identify and address potential issues or bottlenecks in project execution.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations efficiency.
- Develop and deliver presentations using PowerPoint.
- Assist with process improvement and change management efforts.
- Roll out project completion and provide training to relevant teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Project, or Jira.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of Tableau.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- Good PowerPoint skills and presentation.
- Experience in process improvement and change management.
- Ability to roll out project completion and provide training when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus but not required
