Supply Chain Master Data Governance Manager

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

Job Overview

This role will report to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain for DND.

Responsibilities :

-    Lead / Design and sustain Global Master datas governance processes across DND Business unit
-    Identify / Maintain and verify Integrity of End to End planning critical parameters (Factory / DC) as well as prescribe and drive on the corrective actions plan
-    Define standards (Processes / Workflows, as well as Full reference datas and Master datas definitions. Key domains : ECC / SAP IBP / LO / MF / PU) and strategic roadmap to bring our foundations to the next level
-    Communicate on the Quality of our Master datas integrity across the organization, be an ambassador to drive change and support resolution 
-    Support full integration of our Master datas for effective deployment of new tools deployed in our ecosystem (Ex. SAP IBP Supply and Response capabilities, S/4 Hanna)
-    Develop tools and processes in support of Central Analytics capabilities
-    Reinforce our SOW and processes to bring us closer to Best in Class as part of our TE Operating Advantage Business System
-    Lead, Train and support business users ensuring adoption of solutions

What your background should look like :
-    Bachelor degree or plus
-    7+ years of experience in Datas governance / Database and Master Data Management with preferably operational and functional track records
-    Strong knowledge in Supply chain / Lean manufacturing / End to end planning / SAP / Analytics  A plus
-    5+ years in Leadership in Cross Cultural teams
-    Abilities to drive Projects End to End, with track record of achieving results and abilities to drive effective change management 
-    High proficiency in Warehousing / Transport – Order Processing - Material Management – Demand / Supply Planning & SnOP a Plus – Customer Experience a must – Manufacturing Planning a Plus
-    Strong Analytical & continuous improvements Skills (problem solver) as well as good understanding of data analytics capabilities
-    Knowledge of SAP, IBP or equivalent planning tools a plus
-    Ability to prioritize very well and maintain appropriate balance in a fast-paced, heavy-workload environment
-    Language skills: Excellent English (verbal / written) required, Chinese a Plus
