Job Overview

  • The CTS drives environmental compliance, conflict minerals, and GMSS maintenance.
  • The CTS acts as an interface for environmental compliance questions and support towards the TEs Supply Base.
  • The CTS is responsible for key CL Resins KPIs such as Environmental compliance, Conflict Minerals, and platforming.

What your background should look like:

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Gathers compliance information (including but not limited to TE 5096 Form, Regulatory statements, and CMRT) from suppliers.
  • Review and upload the compliance documents into TE systems such as WPA. Seek clarification from suppliers if needed.
  • Responsible for creating and updating resin platforms in consultation with the CL Resins technical team for Procurement strategic direction and sustainable resin selection.
  • Assigns new TE PNs after CL resins procurement approval and updates all TE systems such as WPA, CPR, PCT, and GMSS.
  • Transfer BU-owned resins and chemicals PNs to CL RDO for data integrity and central maintenance.
  • Maintains GMSS for Resins and direct Chemicals. Includes adding technical attributes, new material records, and preference color codes.
  • Creating SNOW tickets to add new manufacturers in GMSS for chemicals, as required.
  • Discontinue or reactivate TE PNs for resins and chemicals by performing EC.
  • Conducts GMSS training for BU TE teams as needed

Educational Degree:

  • B.S. degree (or equivalent) in Polymer/Plastics/Chemical Engineering, or a related field

Professional Experience:

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience with polymers/chemicals.
  • International work experience.
  • Knowledge of Environmental compliance regulations.
  • At least 10 years of experience working with Microsoft Office.

  • Good understanding of polymer materials and chemicals.
  • Ability to work across cultures and geographies effectively.
