Your main tasks

  • Simulation

    • Advanced Filter Design: Engineer active EMI & harmonic filter solutions using LTSpice and ANSYS.

    • System-Level Simulation: Perform power electronics system analysis with ANSYS and PLECS.

    Design

    • Analog Circuits: Develop discrete analog filter circuits for EMI noise suppression.

    • PCB Development: Lead PCB design and layouts using Altium Designer.

    Prototyping & Testing

    • Prototype Development: Oversee documentation, assembly, and testing of prototypes.

    • Validation: Execute validation and qualification testing for robust, market-ready products.

    Innovation

    • Technology Assessment: Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate emerging technologies for breakthrough solutions.

    Sustaining

    • Customer Expertise: Provide technical guidance to service and pre-sales teams for Active Harmonic Filter (AHF) applications.

    • Problem-Solving: Support material qualification, change management, and failure analysis.

Your ideal background

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering (focus: Power Electronics).

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Essential Experience

  • Power Electronics: Expertise in industrial devices, rectifier topologies, and motor drive systems.

  • Simulation Tools: Proficiency with ANSYS, PLECS, LTSpice.

  • PCB Design: Hands-on experience with Altium Designer.

  • Testing: Knowledge of lab testing from PCBA to system-level validation.

Preferred Experience

  • EMI/EMC Design: Layout optimization and filter design for noise suppression.

  • EMC Components: Deep knowledge of components and technologies for electromagnetic compatibility.

  • Standards & Compliance: Familiarity with EMI, power quality standards, and industry regulations.
