Job Requirements

• Analyzing logistics plans and identifying opportunities for distribution quality improvement.
• Coordinating the stock relocations and transfers related to the operations of logistics networks; assisting in the arrangement of logistics staff rotational schedule.
• Helping optimize shipments between distribution centers and customers and facilitate communication of transportation operations between carriers, suppliers and partners.
• Coordinating procedures across functions for the distribution and inventory management to ensure the execution of daily shipment plan and foster a cooperative atmosphere towards customer service, efficiency improvement and cost saving.

What your background should look like

• Bachelor’s degree in any course
• At least 7-10 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in people management capacity
• With relevant experience in warehouse management, inventory, and logistics in the manufacturing/semiconductor industry
• Preferably with exposure to working with global stakeholders
• Good presentation skills and knowledgeable about how to work with data
