Job Description: 

Zakres obowiązków:
•    Wdrażanie zasad TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) w zakładzie i koordynacja działań Lean/Six Sigma.
•    Prowadzenie i facylitacja warsztatów Kaizen, tworzenie map strumienia wartości (VSM) oraz realizacja projektów doskonalących.
•    Monitorowanie KPI, analiza procesów, definiowanie celów, raportowanie wyników oraz wsparcie w implementacji systemu TEAM GURU.
•    Przywództwo w obszarze ciągłego doskonalenia – inspirowanie zespołów, coaching i rozwój kompetencji w zakresie Lean i Six Sigma.
•    Współpraca z Value Stream Managerem w eliminacji marnotrawstwa i poprawie efektywności procesów.
•    Identyfikacja i wdrażanie usprawnień w obszarach bezpieczeństwa, jakości, obsługi klienta, kosztów i lead time.
•    Organizacja i prowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu Lean, Six Sigma i narzędzi TEOA.
•    Wsparcie projektów regionalnych oraz lokalnych inicjatyw Kaizen.
•    Prowadzenie własnych projektów Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) oraz mentoring dla Green Belt.


Wymagania:
•    Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne lub zarządzanie produkcją.
•    Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (mile widziane certyfikaty Green Belt/Black Belt).
•    Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu zespołów lub projektów oraz umiejętność inspirowania innych do zmian.
•    Umiejętność prowadzenia warsztatów i szkoleń, znajomość narzędzi Kaizen, VSM, 5S.
•    Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.
