Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Solutions Partner / Generalist to integrate the TE Connectivity HR team and to support our sites based in Les-Clayes-sous-Bois (78), Dreux (28). In this position, you will be responsible to implement HR policy at the business level partnering with management to drive companywide programs and initiatives (succession, talent acquisition, total rewards, change management, leadership, organisation development, employee relations, employee engagement and communication). You will lead the relations with the staff representatives in a smooth social climate.


Tasks Summary & Responsibilities (this list is not fully comprehensive and may evolve)


  • Contributes to implementation and execution of HR strategies aligned with business strategies and needs.
  • Assists in driving organizational culture towards TE values and CEO vision 



  • Responsible for daily time and attendance updates and interface regularly to prepare payroll
  • Partners with the business managers to provide advice and counsel on HR related business matters to improve individual, team and management effectiveness.
  • Manages facilitation of end to end processes for professional level recruiting and talent management (training, mobility)
  • Facilitates compensation planning process to ensure “Pay for Performance” guidelines are met.
  • Executes performance management process for business in efficient manner (objective setting, development planning, midyear & year-end performance reviews, calibration).
  • Supports implementation of change management processes and facilitate organizational change by assisting managers to develop plans in line with business strategy.
  • Manages employee relations issues to ensure legal compliance and maintain a respectful working environment.
  • Lead meetings with the social partners (CSE, CSSCT) with manager’s support



  • Drives employee engagement through effective communication, programs, and alignment to development and growth opportunities.
  • Utilize various two-way communication tools to motivate employees to become involved and foster a collaborative culture.
What your background should look like:
  • 5 years University or master’s degree in human resources or related fields (Psychology, Business Administration, …) and/or equivalent experience in Human resources management
  • At least 5 years of experience in several of the following areas: recruitment, training and development, change management, labour law, industrial relations, disciplinary management, partnering with employment governmental authorities and stakeholders
  • HR information systems knowledge (SAP, ADP)
  • Sound knowledge of local labour legislation
  • MS Office advanced user
  • Fluent French and advanced English language skills
  • Active listening and communication skills 
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation (within the role’s scope)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Emotional intelligence and resilience to deal with difficult individual situations
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing business environment, Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Willingness to travel between 2 locations (up to 25%): Dreux, Les Clayes sous Bois, Bailly (once per month)
