Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, we are building a smarter and more connected world. Support the global Lead Time Improvement Program by identifying high‑impact items, managing action plans with regions, driving execution, and enabling knowledge transfer through training and documentation.

This role collaborates closely with global and regional supply chain teams to deliver measurable performance improvement.

Roles & Responsibility:

Data Analysis & Prioritization

  • Analyze supply chain lead time data to identify top items, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support structured prioritization based on business impact and feasibility.

Action Plan Management

  • Build and maintain detailed action lists with clear ownership, deadlines, and KPIs.
  • Track progress, ensure timely follow-up, and escalate risks when needed.

Regional Collaboration

  • Align with regional teams on improvement plans and follow-through actions.
  • Support preparation and facilitation of review meetings with regions.

Execution Focus

  • Drive strong execution discipline to ensure actions translate into real, measurable results.
  • Monitor outcomes regularly and highlight improvements or roadblocks.

Training, Documentation & Playbook Development

  • Create and maintain project documentation, SOPs, and templates.
  • Develop and update the Lead Time Improvement playbook to ensure consistent global methodology.
  • Prepare and deliver training material to teams across regions to ensure adoption of best practices.
  • Support onboarding into the Lead Time process.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare status updates, and summary reports for management.
  • Maintain clear alignment and communication with the project lead.

  • 15% YoY lead time reduction for the next 3 years.
  • High-quality, up-to-date action lists with clear accountability.
  • Increased project velocity and measurable business impact
  • Effective coordination with regional teams and visible execution progress.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning or S&OP or S&OE in a multinational environment.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Experience with supply chain processes (lead time, logistics, planning, procurement).
  • Excellent communication skills with comfort working across regions/time zones.
  • Ability to manage multiple action plans independently and drive execution.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Power BI (or similar), data handling, and reporting tools.

Continuous improvement mindset; ability to go from data → insights → actions

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
