Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets are achieved. Manage production teams, optimize manufacturing processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Lead daily production activities to achieve output and delivery targets.
• Monitor and improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production operators and team leaders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions for operational issues.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, and HR teams to meet business objectives.
• Support production planning, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.
• Monitor production KPIs and prepare operational reports.
• Participate in new product introductions, process changes, and production ramp-up activities.

What your background should look like

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations, including team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of production flow, capacity planning, and operational excellence.
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
