• Proven leadership in production machine maintenance and technician supervision.
• Hands‑on experience with preventive/predictive maintenance and downtime elimination.
• Familiarity with RCA, PDCA, line readiness, calibration, and equipment lifecycle.
• Experience managing spare‑parts strategy, vendor coordination, and annual overhaul.
• Ability to work under pressure during breakdowns and ramp‑up transitions.
