Job Overview

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement of manufacturing tooling, jigs, fixtures, precision‑machined parts, and indirect materials. Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure tooling readiness for NPI and production ramp‑up. Evaluate suppliers, manage technical specifications, monitor performance, and drive cost competitiveness while meeting quality and delivery standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 5–10 years in tooling procurement, machining sourcing, or tooling.
• Experience sourcing precision machining parts, molds, jigs, fixtures.
• Experience supporting NPI or process development projects.
• Strong negotiation, strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and supplier management skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Fluent in Thai & English

• Proven capability to manage RFQ/RFP, cost analysis, and commercial negotiation.
• Experience evaluating suppliers for technical capability, quality, and cost.
• Background working with cross‑functional teams in engineering, quality, and NPI.
• Track record managing tooling timelines, risks, and supplier deliverables.
