Job Overview

Lead end-to-end new product development projects, ensuring on-time launch, cost efficiency, and quality delivery. This role drives execution across global cross-functional teams, manages stakeholders, and ensures successful project outcomes through strong planning, risk control, and leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Own and lead multiple NPD projects across full lifecycle (initiation to launch)
  • Manage 3–5 projects in parallel with strong prioritization and execution discipline
  • Lead cross-functional and global teams to meet project KPIs (time, cost, quality)
  • Build project plans including schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Proactively manage risks, escalations, and issue resolution
  • Drive stakeholder communication and alignment at all levels
  • Ensure effective change management and stage-gate process execution
  • Control financials including cost tracking, ROI analysis, and budget adherence

What your background should look like

  • Solid Project Management Experience

5–10 years of experience with strong focus on project management, ideally in product development or industrial environment.

  • Global Exposure & Communication

Strong English communication skills and experience working in global or multicultural project environments.

  • Multi-Project Ownership

Proven ability to manage 3–5 projects simultaneously across full project lifecycle (end-to-end delivery).

  • Strong Project Control Capability

Deep understanding of risk, schedule, budget, resource planning, and escalation management—critical for success in this role.

  • Industry & Certification (Preferred)

Experience in semi-industrial / manufacturing / hardware-related projects (preferred)

PMP certification is a strong advantage
