Job Overview

Responsible for developing, executing and maintaining test solutions for high-speed digital and 
analog interfaces, ensuring signal integrity, compliance, and performance across a range of products. You will work closely with Product Development Team for the product performance validation to deliver robust and reliable test coverage, support for the plant mass production test system setup and maintenance.

Job Requirements

  • Design and implement automated and manual test setups for high-speed Cables (e.g., PCIe, QSFP).
  • Perform signal integrity analysis using oscilloscopes, BERTs, VNAs, and TDRs.
  • Develop test plans and procedures for validating high-speed signal performance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with hardware and system engineers to debug and resolve signal integrity issues.
  • Automate test procedures using scripting languages and test frameworks.
  • Document test results, generate reports, and present findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for test failures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEEE, PCI-SIG).

What your background should look like

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecome Engineering or arelated field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in high-speed signal testing or validation.
  • Proficiency with lab equipment: high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, BERTs, VNAs, etc.
  • Strong understanding of signal integrity concepts: impedance, reflections, jitter, skew, crosstalk.
  • Experience with test automation using Python, VB/C#, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with high-speed interface standards (e.g., PCIe Gen4/5/6, 25G/56G/100G Ethernet).
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of PCB layout best practices for high-speed signals.
  • Experience with compliance testing and certification processes.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a global environment – able to on-site support for Thailand, Malaysia or Philippines plant as needed.
