Responsibilities:
- Responsibility to purchase for all IND parts.
- Request for supplier improvement (Delivery, Cost and Quality).
- Provided of rolling forecast to supplier.
- Prepare document for Invoice matching.
- Coordinated with Shipping Department in customs clearance and Quality Department in evaluation of vendors in terms of delivery.
- Negotiated with supplier for urgent need parts & less MOQ (could be second source searching)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business or other related fields.
- A minimum of 0-2 years’ experience in Purchasing and Materials Management.
- Self-motivation and highly responsibility.
- Good attitude, self-driven, flexible, and good communication.
- Having sense of urgency and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Knowledge of Purchasing
- Good cooperation and teamwork
- Positive thinking.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Able to work 6 days/week
