Process Engineer (Maintain Product)
Job Overview
What your background should look like:
Design, develop, maintain and improve IN production assembly processes ensuring processes are optimized and adhere to relevant compliance to achieve product quality, minimize operational expenses and improve production rates to grow revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, maintain and improve IN production assembly process, regarding to quality, safety, efficiency, cost and environmental aspects
- Take lead in NPI/PTI and support R&D & QA in their effort to keep quality at the highest level
- Responsible for production equipment capacity and capability regarding to Quality, Delivery and Cost
- Carry out process flow, process control plan and monitoring
- Prepare process control sheets, work instructions, operation manuals and game plan
- Handle efficiency improvement and cost reductions
- Prepare and maintain of jigs and fixtures and tooling according to Quality, Delivery and Cost
- Responsible for the FOR pre-production run
- Handle engineering change request.
- Perform process validation and new machine validation
- Create, review and maintain training materials
- Conduct training on processes and lean concept
- Maintain of production machines and improve its effectiveness
- Other tasks may be assigned by the Superior
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 2-3 years prior experience in electronics manufacturing
- Experience in process improvement, process control and new process implementation
- Understanding electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Understanding process operations and standard operating procedures, Process Flow, FMEA, Control plan.
- Knowledge in lean concepts, SPC implementations and quality control
- Knowledge of Project planning.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF16949.
- Knowledgeable in IEC and IPC standards
- Good command of English & Thai both written and spoken
- Good interpersonal skills, attitude, team work and leadership skills
