Job Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer I [Cable Assembly] supports senior engineers in implementing manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to optimize quality and output levels. This role focuses on improving efficiency and standardization within cable assembly operations.
Job Requirements
- Assist in optimizing and standardizing stamping, modelling, assembly, and other processes within the manufacturing environment.
- Support senior engineers to ensure processes operate at optimum levels for maximum quality and productivity.
- Contribute to the design and development of manufacturing process platforms and automation systems.
- Identify potential improvement areas and develop solutions to enhance overall manufacturing system performance.
What your background should look like
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or local equivalent).
- New grades are welcome 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, tools, and automation systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CAD or ERP systems is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
