Job Overview
The HR Partner III supports all key HR practices within the manufacturing site, including recruitment, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, promotions, and HR data management. Serving as the main point of contact for employee-related matters, the HR Partner provides timely support and guidance to foster a positive and productive working environment.
What your background should look like:
- Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Social Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6–10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or L&D roles
- Solid exposure to training compliance, learning management, and performance management processes
- Hands-on experience working with HRIS/LMS and managing employee data and reports
- Good understanding of Thai labor law, HR compliance, and PDPA requirements
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English, with ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in manufacturing or plant-based environments is highly preferred
Job Requirements
- Support end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing site including workforce planning, recruitment support, and employee relations
- Own and manage the full Learning & Development process, including TNA, annual training plans, training execution, and compliance tracking
- Maintain accurate training and employee data in HRIS/LMS and generate monthly HR and L&D reports
- Support performance management processes (CPD cycle, annual reviews, promotions, and PIP coordination)
- Ensure full compliance with PDPA, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as managers, auditors, and training providers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to HR processes, digitalization, and workforce capability
