Job Overview

The HR Partner II ensures a smooth, compliant, and positive employee experience across the entire lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding. The role manages employee data, coordinates learning and development programs, supports engagement activities, and partners with managers to build workforce capability and uphold company culture and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Probation Management

  • Manage end‑to‑end onboarding: document collection, HRIS setup, system access, and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Conduct orientations and guide new hires on policies, benefits, and expectations.
  • Track onboarding tasks and ensure mandatory training completion.
  • Monitor probation timelines, drive evaluation completion, and manage documentation.
  • Support development of onboarding materials.

Offboarding & Exit Management

  • Facilitate full offboarding: notice process, payroll coordination, documentation.
  • Conduct exit interviews and develop turnover insights.
  • Ensure asset return and system access revocation.
  • Maintain complete exit records for reporting and audits.

Employee Engagement & Well‑being

  • Lead engagement initiatives that build morale, inclusion, and workplace satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the Every Voice Count survey and corrective actions.
  • Partner with managers on engagement opportunities.

HR Data Management

  • Maintain accurate employee data (hires, promotions, transfers, discipline, terminations).
  • Audit personnel files and ensure compliance with policy and legal standards.
  • Prepare documentation for internal/external audits.
  • Uphold data privacy and documentation accuracy.

Training Compliance & Learning Administration

  • Own end‑to‑end training management process.
  • Manage logistics: training rooms, equipment, attendance, evaluations.
  • Maintain training calendar, materials, records, certificates, and compliance documentation.
  • Handle PR/PO processes for training procurement.
  • Ensure alignment with national regulations and internal standards.
  • Prepare reports for the Department of Skill Development.
  • Manage electrical license renewal processes.

Skill Development & Capability Building

  • Support competency‑based training implementation.
  • Coordinate with OJT teams on skill matrices and certifications.
  • Maintain Color Code Training System for production and engineering teams.

Training Data & Reporting

  • Update HRIS/LMS training data and ensure accuracy for audits.
  • Generate monthly L&D reports: attendance, cost, completion, metrics.
  • Liaise with external trainers and institutions.

What your background should look like:

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably HR generalist or HR operations.
  • Hands‑on experience in onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes.
  • Experience coordinating learning & development programs or training records.
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate employee data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, service‑minded, and adaptable.
  • Intermediate English communication skills.
