FINANCE ANALYST III - PLANT OPERATIONS [FP&A]
Job Overview
Review, analyze and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. Key duties include analyzing performance and planning to support the company’s goal.
Job Requirements
- Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and actual variance analysis
- Coordinate with key business partners to ensure timely submission of monthly forecast and annual budget.
- Work with regional team in overseas to conduct
- Drive financial performance across material and conversion costs, including monitoring, forecasting, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and promote best-in-class cost visibility, reporting, and decision support.
What your background should look like
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of costing principles and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
- Strong in analytical.
- Strong command of English for professional communication; Thai fluency required.
- Knowledge of SAP and familiarity with U.S. GAAP and Thai GAAP is preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SAP is plus
- Strong proficiency for Microsoft Exce
