Job Overview

Supports the operational activities for all manufacturing plants and services throughout the organization to meet production demands.

Job Requirements

  • Supporting the process for selection, acquisition, and maintenance of manufacturing and operations technologies and systems.
  • Implementing strategies, initiatives, and support of manufacturing operations globally.
  • Interfacing with top-level management and technology heads across the company; participating in establishing overall manufacturing budget and resource plan.
  • Driving development, engagement and performance management programs for operations staff.

What your background should look like

Generally requires B.S. with 20 or more years of experience; or Masters degree with 15 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 10 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
