TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

What your background should look like:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all daily activities, monthly reporting of TE Operation Advantage and TE Business Improvement Tracking performance & KPI’s.
  • Ensure all activities are on schedule.
  • Ensure daily escalations are tracked & monitored on schedule.
  • Initiate, lead & coordinate all activities to achieve continuous TE Operation Advantage star level advancement of the plant.
  • Establish, monitor & report TE Operation Advantage and TE Business Improvement Tracking KPI metrics of the plant.
  • Create, plan, lead & monitor the plant wide TE Operation Advantage implementation program.
  • Lead, manage & consolidate all TE Business Improvement Tracking and KAIZEN project implementation of the plant.
  • Establish, lead & develop the TE Operation Advantage and Kaizen teams with members across all departments.
  • Coordinate all TE Operation Advantage activities on corporate level and with other plants globally.
  • Maintain proactive communication within plant on continuous improvement of status, implementation, change & improvement activities.
  • Coordinate value stream initiatives to achieve consistency & standardization across the plant.
  • Coaching & development of employees on TE Operation Advantage topics. 
  • Establish, monitor & report TE Operation Advantage and TE Business Improvement Tracking KPI metrics of the plant activities.
  • Create, plan, lead & monitor the plant wide TE Operation Advantage implementation program.
  • Lead, manage & consolidate all TE Business Improvement Tracking and KAIZEN project implementation of the plant.
  • Establish, lead & develop the TE Operation Advantage and Kaizen teams with members across all departments.
  • Coordinate all TE Operation Advantage activities on corporate level and with other plants globally.
  • Immediately inform the superior if any nonconformity is occurring.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 year in production activities
  • Bachelor or higher in major Industrial Engineer , Management or related.
  • 1 year in production planning activities
  • 1 year in connector assembling processes
  • ERP/ MRP Knowledge (BOM, Routing, PPS)
  • Manufacturing knowledge (Industrial management)
  • Understand Technical drawing (ISO/ DIN Norms)
  • English in speaking, reading and writing
  • ISO 9001 / ISO 140001/ TS 16949 knowledge
  • ISO 9001 / ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor
  • Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio)
  • Methodic of Continuous Improvement Process (FMEA, CIP, 5S, 6-Sigma, 7 Waste, Poka-Yoke)
