Job Overview
Process and prepare documents related to Thai customs and any other government regulations for export Industrial shipments. Support temporary inland export (for subcontracting process).
Job Requirements
- Handle export procedures which includes
- Book shipment for delivery
- prepare shipping documents (as invoice, packing list, AWB, or B/L) and send to concerned people via email
- submit document to IEAT office for approval
- Send original invoice to Thailand Accounting department for domestic export
- Send Thailand customer the invoice and packing list together with goods
- Prepare document to Department of Foreign Trade (DFT) for apply Form AK
- Renew ROVERs Certificate every 2 years.
- Prepare and process document for temporary inland export; subcontracting process.

What your background should look like
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Logistics or related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in Shipping or Logistics
- import / export procedures,
- customs regulations for Thailand and destination country,
- IEAT regulations ,
- Free Trade Agreements (FTAs)
- General office skills
- Having sense of urgency and ability to perform well under pressure and time limitation
- Problem Shooting and solving skills
- Attentive to work and detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office and computer skills
- Results-driven skills
- Good communication skills Thai and English
- Good negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good coordinator skills
