SR SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Job Overview
Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities, and serving as a subject matter expert for sales development best practices, processes, and tools.
Job Requirements
- Closely monitor all opportunities listed within the assigned territory, ensuring they are properly entered, reported, and updated in the system (SFDC). Support and train the team to drive positive closures.
- Proactively communicate to the Sales Manager, Product Managers, and Engineering teams the main trends in product technology changes related to TE’s portfolio and customer acquisition processes (energy distribution companies, contractors, OEMs, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategic account growth plans aligned with our strategy and product roadmap. Ensure profitable revenue growth and account penetration.
- Introduce new products to the market.
- Deliver technical product presentations to customers.
- Responsible for these activities in Peru.
- Willingness to travel between 25% and 50%.

- Advanced skills in spreadsheets, word processing, and presentations
- Knowledge of the business unit’s market and key players
- Mastery of sales tactics and deal closing strategies
- Experience in the electrical utilities market
- Ability to deliver technical and commercial presentations, and provide clear, concise market updates to senior management
- Strong technical background in electrical products
