Job Purpose:
Responsible for leading, planning, and executing the commercial and operational strategy of the business unit. Ensures the achievement of financial, sales, and market development objectives while promoting a high-performance culture, operational efficiency, and customer focus

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define quantitative and qualitative objectives and monitor their achievement.
  • Establish sales, pricing, and commercial strategies.
  • Plan departmental processes in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Design the appropriate organizational structure to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee the professional development of the team.
  • Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Supervise initiatives aimed at reducing operational costs.
  • Maintain strong institutional relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Manage the department’s budget and control expenses.
  • Lead key account management in accordance with regional directives.
  • Ensure all business opportunities are properly registered and updated in the system (SFDC).
  • Support and coach the team to successfully close opportunities.
  • Assist the finance team in accounts receivable actions to avoid negative impacts.
  • Drive the growth of strategic customer accounts in alignment with the company’s product roadmap and strategy.
  • Introduce new products to the market.
  • Deliver technical presentations to clients.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in sales techniques and performance evaluation.
  • In-depth knowledge of the business unit’s market.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Strong technical presentation and team leadership skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Solid knowledge of financial management.

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years in similar positions or in roles related to commercial management, team leadership, strategic planning, or business development.
