Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise wide systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Baan, PeopleSoft) across functional areas. Conducts analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Coordinates system upgrade activity. Trains user personnel in the conversion and implementation of the system.

Role Summary
Seeking an SAP BTP specialist with strong SAP process knowledge to design and deliver workflow automation, RPA, AI-driven decisioning, and BTP-based applications. The role focuses on transforming business processes through SAP Build Process Automation, SAP BTP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, and related BTP services
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain workflows, RPA bots, forms, and decision rules using SAP Build Process Automation.
• Identify automation opportunities and create reusable process templates.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows using AI Core, AI Launchpad, Generative AI Hub, and Joule.
• Embed ML for document extraction, exceptions, insights, and recommendations.
• Ensure automations follow clean core, security, audit, and governance standards.
• Document workflows and support operational monitoring via BTP tools.
• Collaborate with business/process owners to convert requirements into automated or AI-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IS, Engineering, or similar.
• 3–5 years SAP experience with strong process understanding (OTC, P2P, SCM, Finance, etc.).
• 1+ years hands-on with SAP BTP (BPA, workflow, RPA).
• Experience with AI Core, AI Launchpad, or other ML/AI tooling.
• Ability to design workflows and automations aligned with SAP best practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Generative AI, copilots, and LLM-based automation.
• Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM and/or SAP Signavio.
• Understanding of SAP extensibility and clean core concepts.
